Jan-Karel Pierre Benjamin Schuil is a former professional footballer and the founder of YFBase, an international football development platform focused on creating transparent, structured pathways to professional football.

After experiencing the realities of the football system firsthand, Schuil founded YFBase to address the lack of honest guidance, mental preparation, and long-term planning available to young players worldwide. His philosophy centers on the belief that raw ability alone is not enough to succeed at the professional level.
